Shortly after, Ninja posted another follow up video mentioning how excited he is for the transition and his excitement to see what the future holds. In the video, Ninja states, “I’m just super excited to let everyone know that I will be streaming on Mixer full time.” He goes on to say, “I’m honestly at a loss for words. I’m freaking out in the best of ways.”

The transition comes as a huge surprise to streamers all over the Twitch platform, as Ninja is the largest streamer on the platform with over 14 million followers when he announced the changed – compared to what was originally less than 10,000 followers on his Mixer channel before the tweet.
It is yet to be confirmed how much Ninja is getting paid by Mixer to make this transition but some are speculating Mixer is more than tripling his income to make the switch. This begs the question of who will be the next streamer to get sniped from the Twitch platform.
